Chair yoga is “Yoga for EveryBody”. If you have trouble getting down to the mat, sit at a desk all day, or just want to deepen your practice, chair yoga is for you. If you can breathe, you can do chair yoga. Nancy will guide you through a 45 minute long practice where you’ll learn several ways to practice yoga while seated at your desk, standing by your chair or traveling. You’ll also learn how to synchronize your moves with your breath. Experienced yogis are welcome, too. Please note that an email address is required to register for this library program.
