Experience the art of handmade pasta with a bright, springtime twist. In this class, we’ll create Lemon Ricotta Ravioli with Spring Pea Sauce and Lemon Mascarpone Cups, highlighting the Italian philosophy of la dolce vita—savoring life’s simple, delicious pleasures.
