Goodbye 2024 and Welcome 2025

Say goodbye to what no longer serves you and welcome new beginnings in 2025.  Reflect and let go of feelings, actions, and the would have, should have, could have, thoughts that plagued you during 2024.  The workshop ends with the sweet sounds from a frame drum, flute, bells, several crystal bowls, and a tongue drum to help soothe post-holiday stress.

Gail Morales of Blissful Light Yoga is a certified hatha yoga and qigong teacher, and sound vibration and tuning fork practitioner. She is very lighthearted and loves making her classes special for all those to enjoy. Her goal is for you to leave more relaxed, restored, and energized than when you first arrived.
