Join us for our new "My First Book Club" for children grades Kindergarten - 2nd. Each month we will read a different book from the Monarch Award list. We will read this month's picture book all together at the start of the program. We will then answer questions and discuss the book as a group. We will have a craft and/or activity to do that goes along with the theme of the story we read together. We will have time for a special snack as well.

Mokena Community Public Library District Card Holder - Priority Registration

Priority registration is available exclusively to Mokena library cardholders ensuring that Mokena library cardholders receive the first opportunity to explore and participate in our limited room programs. This is a new procedure for our high demand programs. Non-Mokena Community Public Library District Holders will be placed on a pending wait list until 72 hours prior to the program. If there are openings at that time the wait list will be transferred to the registered list in the order they were added to the wait list.
