Chair yoga is “Yoga for EveryBody”. If you have trouble getting down to the mat, sit at a desk all day, or just want to deepen your practice, chair yoga is for you. If you can breathe, you can do chair yoga. Nancy will guide you through a 45 minute long practice where you’ll learn several ways to practice yoga while seated at your desk, standing by your chair or traveling.
