Attendance Policy for Children's Programs

We highly recommend registering with an email address. This is the only way you will get a confirmation email, be able to cancel and receive any updates, including cancellation of the program. Please arrive on time for the program. If you are unable to attend the program, please cancel at least 2 hours before the program begins, by emailing youthservices@mokena.lib.il.us or calling the Mokena Library at 708-479-9663 and canceling with a librarian. Mokena Community Public Library District Card Holder - Priority Registration

Priority registration is available exclusively to Mokena library cardholders 72 hours before the scheduled program ensuring that Mokena library cardholders receive the first opportunity to explore and participate in our limited room programs. This is a new procedure for our high demand programs. Non-Mokena Community Public Library District Holders will be placed on a pending wait list until 72 hours prior to the program. If there are openings at that time the wait list will be transferred to the registered list in the order they were added to the wait list.
