Come join our Children's Librarians for a fun Outdoor Storytime on the Lawn. We will read a story or two. We will sing and dance in-between our stories.

Plan to be outside for the program you're registering for. We will do the program rain or shine. The program may be moved indoors to our downstairs Program Room. We will watch the weather for any chances of severe weather conditions, if that is the case, you will be notified of cancellation or a rain date rescheduling of this program. Dress appropriately for outdoor programs. Please bring your sunscreen. We will have water bottles available as well.

Each month we will read a different Bluestem Award nominated from the 2026 list. Copies of the book will be available at the main Customer Service desk for the book discussion; please pick yours up and read the book before the meeting date. Join us as we start a new book club for 3rd-5th grade at Mokena Library! Registration is required. Limit: 15 children Ages: 3rd - 5th grade. Please register each child's name only. Snacks Provided during Children's Programs
