We can go over computer, internet, iphone help, how to access and use the library's digital material (such as Hoopla) or learn more about our library databases. Nancy will be working on strengthening and toning the entire body. Increasing stability, flexibility, and mind body awareness. All fitness levels are welcome! This class is in person and will be held in our program room on the lower level. Please bring a yoga mat to class. The library does have mats available if needed.
