Join us for a fun-filled Pokémon Go adventure! We’ll meet on the south-east lawn of the library at 11:00 AM. We’ll head out to Willowview Park after a 15-minute wait; Don’t be late. Our destination is just a stone’s throw away at 11420 197th St, Mokena, IL 60448. It’s a short walk to a world of Pokémon!
Once there, Mrs. Emily and Mr. Pete will activate a Lure Module to attract a plethora of Pokémon. Get ready to catch 'em all! Enjoy some tasty snacks and cold water while you explore and capture your favorite Pokémon. After our
Pokémon-catching spree, we’ll walk back to the library. Participants will be brought back to the south-east lawn for pickup.
The program will run unless there’s a forecast for severe weather. So, come prepared in appropriate clothing for an outdoor adventure! Gather your Pokéballs and join us for a Pokémon Go gathering like no other! Registration is required. As this program will be taking us offsite, a waiver must be filled out and submitted to Mrs. Emily or Mr. Pete before participants can leave the library grounds.
Plan to be outside for the program you're registering for. We will do the program rain or shine. The program may be moved indoors to our downstairs Program Room. We will watch the weather for any chances of severe weather conditions, if that is the case, you will be notified of cancellation or a rain date rescheduling of this program.
Dress appropriately for outdoor programs. Please bring your sunscreen. We will have water bottles available as well.
This program will require a signed waiver to participate.
Please print out or visit the library to pick one up.
