As we near the start of the new year with fresh resolutions, we remind readers that, while the journey of reading is fun and rewarding for all ages, it is even more enjoyable when you share that journey with a friend or loved one.

If you are registered for a program that you cannot attend, please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. Given the popularity of our limited programs, patrons, who do not cancel their registration 24 hours prior to the event will be considered “No Shows”. If a patron is considered a “No Show” for three limited programs then he, she, or they may be unable to register for future events and will instead be placed on the waitlist. Each child will receive Play-Doh and a handful of fun trinkets to create their very own duck pond scene. Join others as they work on needle work, including knitting, crocheting, embroidery and any other needle work. Drop in and bring your supplies! Also, check out our yarn swap up by the mini-maker space; bring any good-condition yarn you don't need and swap it for something you'll use. No registration required.
