Ever wanted to learn how to sprout your own microgreens?  This take and "plant" kit has all the necessary supplies and instructions needed to get started.  Included in the kit is a two piece sprouter-tray and grid, planting paper, organic salad sprout mix seeds (Healthy Broccoli, Alfalfa, Radish, Clover Sprouting Seeds Variety Blend) and instructions.  Health benefits of microgreens include antioxidants, encourage healthy digestion and aid in the immune system.  Best part, they grow quickly for your enjoyment!
