Stop by the Mokena Library to do this month's Scavenger Hunt to kick-off our Summer Reading Program! This month's theme is related to the iRead Summer Reading Program theme, which is "Read, Renew, Repeat," focusing on environmentalism and conservation.
Search for hidden pictures of books throughout the library, each one related to our theme. There are five pictures hidden upstairs and five pictures hidden downstairs. Stop by the Customer Service Desk, upstairs or downstairs, to do the Scavenger Hunt. Once you've found all ten pictures, don't forget to stop by the desk again to hand in your sheet to receive a fun prize related to the theme. Happy hunting and happy reading!
As an added bonus with the fun of Summer Reading, be sure to fill out a raffle ticket once you've completed the Scavenger Hunt to enter to win a Movie Night Bundle. The bundle includes a $50 Emagine gift card, a box of microwave popcorn and four boxes of movie theater candy, all wrapped up in a fun popcorn tub. The winner of the raffle will be notified on Monday, June 10th.
