Each participant will battle each Gym Leader to a best-of-three match for a total 3 scheduled times in one season in an attempt to earn that Gym Leader’s badge. Each participant will be allowed to schedule one extra battle before the end of the season in order to try and win their badge. Participants will also be able to schedule make-up battles if they can not make it to a Gym Leader Challenge as long as they let the library know ahead of time. Gym Leader Challenges are from 6:00pm - 9:00pm in the Program Room on the Fridays highlighted in grey in the Pokémon Registration packet (usually the last Friday of the month). If a participant collects all 7 of the Mokena Library League badges by the end of the
season, they will earn an Ultra Premium Collection Pokémon Box. Winning all 7 badges is meant to be a challenge. Not all participants will win all 7 badges to earn an Ultra Premium Pokémon Box. The Ultra Premium Pokémon Boxes will be ordered as participants win all 7 badges. This means that participants might have to wait a few days up to a few weeks before they receive the Box as it will have to be delivered to the library first.
