Program Description
Event Details
Join us while we paint and decorate glassware and plates for a painted plate garden stake. During the workshop, participants will be completing the first half of the project-painting the pieces to your "flower". All supplies-paint, glass plates, glassware, glue and rod will be supplied.
The second half of the project requires you to glue and assemble the stake at home. Patrons will be given instructions, glue, coupling piece and threaded rod to complete the project at home. We will not be assembling the "flower" at the library. To ensure the pieces can withstand all weather conditions, the glue needs 72 hours to cure properly. No worries, the assembly process is easy. Any questions and concerns can be addressed at the workshop.

Please arrive on time for the program. Space is limited so registration is suggested for all programs, regular or limited, unless otherwise noted. Given the popularity of our limited programs, patrons, who do not cancel their registration 24 hours prior to the event will be considered “No Shows”. If a patron is considered a “No Show” for three limited programs then he, she, or they may be unable to register for future events and will instead be placed on the waitlist.
A limited program is a program that has limited space or limited supplies available.
