SRP Session 2 - Maker Monday: Tinkercad

FOR AGES 10 & OLDER: ONLY THOSE THAT REGISTERED FOR THE 1ST SESSION CAN PARTICIPATE FOR THIS SESSION

What is Tinkercad? Tinkercad is a free web app for 3D design, electronics, and coding, trusted by over 75 million people around the world. It is free for everyone. There are no downloads. Tinkercad believes that hands-on projects build confidence, persistence, and problem-solving skills. It is designed to be ad-free and is kidSAFE-certified to ensure privacy and a safe learning environment.

We will be running two, one hour classes out of the Young Adult PC Lab this Summer. The project will take place over 2 sessions. Each participant will have their projects printed out for them for free.

Once you have registered, we ask that each participant registers on Tinkercad.com before coming to class. This is due to the private nature of creating an account. For participants that are 13 yrs old and younger, they must go through an approval process with their parent or guardian. This may take 3 - 4 days so we recommend going through this process at least 7 days ahead of the program.
