July 2024 Children's Scavenger Hunt - National Ice Cream Month

Stop by the Mokena Library to do this month's Scavenger Hunt! This month's theme is all things ice cream to celebrate National Ice Cream Month in July. 

Search for hidden pictures of different ice cream treats throughout the library. There are five pictures hidden upstairs and five pictures hidden downstairs. Stop by the Customer Service Desk, upstairs or downstairs, to do the Scavenger Hunt. Once you've found all ten pictures, don't forget to stop by the desk again to hand in your sheet to receive a fun prize related to the theme. Happy hunting!

As an added bonus with the fun of Summer Reading, be sure to fill out a raffle ticket once you've completed the Scavenger Hunt to enter to win an Ice Cream Bundle. The bundle includes a $50 Creamery gift card, a jar of Smucker's Strawberry topping, Smucker's Caramel topping, Smucker's Hot Fudge topping, three ice cream cone bowls with little spoons (pink, yellow and blue) and two 4th of July sprinkles, all wrapped up in a fun ice cream basket. The winner of the raffle will be notified on Monday, July 8th.
