What is Hydro Dipping?

Hydro dipping is also known as water transfer printing, immersion printing, water transfer imaging, watermarbling, cubic printing, Hydrographics, or HydroGraphics. It is a method of applying paint or printed designs to three-dimensional surfaces. The resulting combinations may be considered decorative art or applied art. This process can be used on metal, plastic, glass, hard woods, and various other materials.

We will be using a special paint that will float on the surface of water and we will be dipping moon lamps to create our own "planets". Each participant will receive a lamp whose light can change colors along with a remote for the lamp and a wooden stand for it.
