Jr. High Book Club Movie Night: The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring

Calling all Jr. High Book Club members! You're invited to our special Movie Night featuring The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. This epic adventure is exclusively for our book club participants - so don’t miss out!

Runtime: The movie runs for a whopping 3 hours and 30 minutes. Yes, we know - it’s a long one! Participants can leave early if they get bored of the movie or get tired. 

Synopsis: The future of Middle Earth rests in the fate of the One Ring, which has been lost for centuries. Powerful forces are unrelenting in their search for it. But fate has placed it in the hands of a young Hobbit named Frodo Baggins (Elijah Wood), who inherits the Ring and steps into legend. A daunting task lies ahead for Frodo when he becomes the Ringbearer - to destroy the One Ring in the fires of Mount Doom where it was forged.
