Calling all Jr. High readers! Our book club will dive into a variety of exciting reads, from timeless classics to the latest modern releases. We’ll explore different genres, including poetry and even some Shakespeare... maybe. Whether you’re a seasoned reader or just starting out, there’s something for everyone. Come share your thoughts, make new friends, and discover the joy of reading together.

Only those that have registered for Jr. High Book Club (Book Pick-Up) will be allowed to participate in this discussion. That means participants need to have registered for and picked up their copy of The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman prior to this discussion.

Nobody Owens, known as Bod, is a normal boy. He would be completely normal if he didn’t live in a graveyard, being raised by ghosts, with a guardian who belongs to neither the world of the living nor the dead. There are adventures in the graveyard for a boy—an ancient Indigo Man, a gateway to the abandoned city of ghouls, the strange and terrible Sleer. But if Bod leaves the graveyard, he will be in danger from the man Jack—who has already killed Bod’s family.
