Join the Mokena Community Public Library District as we welcome Kim White, The Natural Naturalist for an exciting and educational presentation in honor of Earth Day. 

Biomimicry: Looking to Nature to Solve Today's Problems.

How did a Kingfisher improve a high speed train? How has a gecko helped astronauts? Hedgehogs are helping reduce the chances of concussions. These examples and many more will be discussed during this presentation. There will be a Power Point Presentation with animal ambassadors.
